Once mediocre, but now improving...

The new management runs Cross Country very poorly. The apartments are nice and do have central HVAC which is fantastic. Its the management which is entirelty incapable (ditzy), unreliable, and difficult to work with.

UPDATE: 1/15/03 Thing are looking up for the apartments. The new management is very, very capable, which makes the biggest difference. The manager is friendly and considerate and the front desk guy is smart and helpful.
