Only recommend if starting. Caveat emptor. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived here from 2001-6/2004. The old management was non-responsive. The new mgt was responsive to a point. Good points: Safe neigborhood, good parking. Reasonable rent for someone starting out. Bad points: It took over a year to fix the leak(s) regarding the bathtub upstairs. Bathtub, and toilet both overflowed, and flooded hallway. It took repeated calls to maintenance and supervisor. Emergency in middle of night was warranted. Also, toilet tank cracked and flooded apartment. Wooden floors ruined. Mold galore. Glad to leave. Lack of electrical outlets, and heat pumps.
