new management is WAY better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here 4 years ago and nearly had to promise my first-born to get a third floor apartment here only to live in a "child-free" building next door to a family of 8. Now I live under some large families, but no longer is it divided into "child-free" buildings. The neighbors who briefly lived next door to me were evicted for the same oversights I had chosen to ignore from them. The management actually kept on top of it. I just wish they would call me to let me know when they get my calls instead of just coming in and doing maintenance. I never know until I get home!
