The Worst Nightmare - Don't Do It !!!

I was a tenant for almost 2 years, since day one the fixture in the bathroom was broken and we called the office several times and it was still not fixed when we moved out. All of the bugs from outside kept coming into our apartment and they did nothing to fix the problem. The parking was horrific. Two of my new cars got ruined by other tenants slamming their doors into my cars and one tenant broke my tail light when they were moving out. You can never get a spot close to your apartment if you come home after 5. The noise coming from the neighbors sounds like they are in the next room inside of your apartment. They say that you are not allowed to have dogs but the neighbor next door had a dog that was always barking. Paint in the apartment started chipping 1 month after we moved in and it was promised to be fixed but was still peeling off after we moved out. The appliances in the apartment were so old like they hadn't been replaced in a decade. Cheap apartments only had one washer and one dryer for the whole building which was always occupied. The apartments seemed safe until a few months after we moved in when one of the neighbors in our building had a stolen car in our parking lot and a police officer came to tow it away. And when you move out you will never get your deposit back they will try to find any reason not to give you your money back. In our situation they tried to say that we were being charged for the carpet to be replaced when it was not even new when we moved in.

Incredibly similar to the situation I had there. I will NEVER live in Cross Country again, at least until the office staff is replaced. I have had good experiences with CRC Management aside from the Cross Country Manor employees, and would rent in another of their locations.
