I found both the maintenance and management staff to be extraordinarily friendly and responsive. To date I have not had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response and usually the response is much quicker than that. This was the most pleasant experience I've had from viewing to leasing the apartment. The community is quiet and safe and very well lit. Also, parking is good. Would defintely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment with a community look and feel.

Its sad that the management feels the need to consistently update and upgrade themselves here. It's apparent from the language and the disinformation (this is NOT a safe area, NOT quiet and parking is HORRIBLE) that one of the managers once again decided to pretend to be a tenant. Too bad they use property manager language in the review instead of speaking like a human. Oh, and -------...if it's such a nice community, why don't you live there?

Wow, someone's bitter, eh? I actually did used to lease apartments up in White Marsh - so I can honestly say this place is great. Sorry you had problems, but they're definitely yours, not the community's.
