I live here and I think the place ic really starting to take off as soon as the rest of the people who were spoiled by the years of the prior owners get out and the new people who respect a beautiful water front community move in. The new units are great and the water front I cant believe people have been paying less than 600.00 for all this time. They will never find a better place to live I will stay as long aS they let me .
