I have lived here 2 years. For the money the place is not bad there is nowhere in Baltimore your going to find a 2 bedroom townhouse for 650. The management is not professional but they are decent. Maint is pretty quick. But the ants are horrible. Every summer I am attacked byt ants until this year. I had to get my own exterminator which finally worked!
Overall it is not bad if you dont want to own a house, if your downsizing or if you are saving for your first home.
