DICKEY HILL FOREST APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN AND NICE UNITS,MANAGEMENT WILL TELL YOU. However,there are no proper play areas for young kids,the screening process for potential tenants is suspect,and residents are not encouraged to keep one another informed of problems in the community. Management recently installed security cameras on the premises,however I'm was told they are inop(I hope this isn't TRUE). Potential residents should seriously consider three items before signing a lease contract. (1.) PURCHASE A "GREAT" RENTAL INSURANCE POLICY. (2.) PURCHASE A FIRST CLASS SECURITY SYSTEM. (3.) ENGRAVE YOUR VALUABLES WITH YOUR DRIVER`S LICENSE NUMBER. GOOD LUCK!!!
