I have been a resident for over 5 years. It is a quiet area, alot of kids and no playground area. Management would like for the kids to play in the pit area that the deers hang out at!! I don't think so. The complex only has one entrance and exit so beware of delays in the morning. It can sometimes be a pain to merge into the road leaving the complex. There are sometimes deer in the driveway at night and not all of the street lights work there, so be very cautious. Management has not fenced off the property by the driveway to prevent deers from walking in the driveway. However, the management team is outstanding with trash removal and maintance issues, rest assure it will be addressed withing 24 hours if not sooner. I have not had any problems with any home nvasions, however, I have had several attempts of rim theft off of one of my veichles. I am not too happy about that. Because of the burglaries and car vandalisms in the area, management has installed cameras on the front or side of each building. Is it effective' I am not sure. The only other problem I have is the units are relatively small. Not enough storage space or closet space. If you don't mind putting your towells and washcloths on the shelves under the bathroom countertops and what ever else you may have to be seen by your house guest, then you will be fine. Other than that, It is okay.
