I've lived at Dickey Hill Forest for about 7 months now and my overall opinion is that its a good place to live. There are a few things to consider about the complex first.

1st, try to move into the section that is closest to the entrance (on the left). These apartments are the most updated. The workmanship on the appliances is ok, but they are up to date and work well. DO NOT move to any of the rear places.

This is a pridominantly ------- American neighborhood so if that could be problematic, this is not the place for you.

This is a quiet communuity. Even in the summer there is a tolerable amount of noise.

Make sure you thoroughly inspect the apartment they want you to move into. Do not go by the model. If repair are needed and they tell you "we'll have this fixed before you move in....", either get it in writing or do not sign until the repairs have been made. The leasing office is notorious for stringing projects along.
