Lousy Maintenance and lots of mice

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The location is very convinient near to banks, grocery, bus stop. Apartments are good too. But the Maintenance is lousy. The office people are also not very friendly. The major problem is mice. Lots of mice ...... The problem is severe.
