This is really only a decent starter apartment. I've spent my year and it's time to leave. Mice and roaches are a problem, but I'm mostly annoyed by the taxi cabs that park up the whole street and never leave. When the driver actually stays in his car, he honks continuously until the passenger finally comes outside. This is extremely annoying at 6 o'clock in the morning. There's also an apartment across the street that has about 5 men, 2 women, and a couple of children that must live there. And the men refuse to ever go inside. It's disturbing to go outside and always have them near-by staring at you when you go to your car.
