Mice are definitely an issue despite having a CLEAN apartment. Heating and cooling issues can be dealt with. Maintenance and office staff are affable but incompetent. It takes a number of complaints before anything is done, and what is done is laughable. The complex is very run down but not necessarily unsafe. The school zone (for the parts in Baltimore COUNTY) is superb. I don't plan to move soon but neither am I willing to have guests over.
