I'm not even trying to be sarcastic or comical at all, but this place made my life a living hell. I remember going to bed with my heart beating, not knowing if that was the night the mice would decide to climb my bed (AGAIN). Regardless of how much i cleaned my place, changed my sheets and kept trash out, they still appeared at least 3 times a week. This place is infested with not just mice, but roaches (especially in the kitchen cabinets) as well as periodic spiders. I absolutely HATED my stay here, i thought i'd be doing myself a favor of saving money but PLEASSEE if i could do it again, i'd rather pay more elsewhere where i'll be comfy than stay here.

Oh and did i mention that there's no central air so u have a/c in the living room but not the bedrooms. You actually bake in the summer and freeze in the winter. They control the heat in the winter from their office, and the warmest it ever got to was 65 degrees; i swear i almost got pneumonia.

Did i also fail to mention the bathroom has no vent' So, even in the winter, i had to leave my windows open to get some air in. Still, with that, the walls always kept molding.

Let's see, what else' I'm sure there are a lot more but i'll just stop hear for now. As they say, "A word is enough for the wise." If you really still wanna move hear, go ahead but don't say u were never warned.
