I have been renting for 4 years in the baltimore area at a few different communities. This community is by far my worst experience.

The maintenance tries to keep up with the aging appliances and townhomes but it usually takes multiple calls to get something fixed.

The kids are my biggest complaint. There are MANY young kids that are loud and obnoxious. Preteens and teens who loiter, fight, yell, swear, and stand in the middle of the streets. They have 'no fear' because any attempts to discipline them fall short. The leasing office does nothing, the police say they cannot do anything either.

If you like being annoyed by noise, dealing with ignorant kids/people, and ignored by the leasing office/property owners this is the place for you. But it's not for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite community.
