This place is a dump and the staff are unprofessional. The staff convinced me to sign the lease without seeing the actual apartment. After traveling across a parking lot of pot holes my husband and I saw trash lying all around the property by the apartment. The people in the apartment above had a pile of trash sitting
on the front porch. When entering the apartment my husband and I were greeted by a moldy/mildewy smell from the carpet.

The apartment had cabinets falling apart in the kitchen. When I toured the model I was told that the kitchen wasn't as updated as other apartments,but I was amazed to see how disgusting the place was. The drawers in the kitchen had bottoms that were sagging and mold growing in them. A leasing agent took pictures of these complaints and then assured us that the smell coming from the carpet was a new carpet smell.
It most definately did not smell like a new carpet, but an overpowering stench of mold or mildew.

After telling the office about these issues the complaints were "repaired". I use repair in the loosest of terms for the cabinets were put together in an obviously quick fix. There were still gaps visable from where the cabinets were falling off. The mold had been treated with some sort of cleaner, but mold spores were still visable. The odor from the carpet was still noticable.

As to the unprofessional treatment by the staff, it was unacceptable in my opinion. One of the leasing agents was answering the phones and spoke to a tenant in an innappropriate tone. The tenant had called several times in the duration of my two hour wait to finish the paperwork. The tenant had called repeatedly to complain about a toilet that had been overflowing for several hours. Apparently, the maintenance people had not bothered to take her call seriously, nor show up to fix this issue. The leasing agent began to yell at this tenant and complain in front of us that this woman had an issue. The tenant called again to complain that the maintance people finally showed up, but had left feces all over the floor while repairing the toilet. This agent began to once again complain about this tenant in front of us.

This place is disgusting, please don't make the same mistake we did in doing business with these people!
