First of all, they overcharge for the place you get. The neighborhood is terrible. The people in the office are very unhelpful. When you go to them with a question or request, they just shrug shoulders. It takes maintenance about a week to fix an oven or toilet. We put checks in the drop box for rent, then the manager said we were late on rent. They couldn't locate our checks so we had to void checks through the bank and rewrite them, including a late charge that had accrued. Oh, and the biggest thing, don't expect your security deposit back. Apparently capret costs $800, and "normal wear and tear" never applies. You can shampoo it all you want. Ain't happening.
