The best thing about this apartment is that there's stores all around and the M1 stops right in front of the building.
I did have a few problems though. While the building was beening painted the painters broke into the storage area of my complex. The office staff didn't even call the cops. The tenats had to. The office staff would put up a notice to let tenants know that they need to check something in the apartment the day before instead of a week in advance. One really good thing is no roaches and if you called the front office about roaches they would send an exterminator out with in a week.
The building is old and you can hear you neighbors flushing toliets their music. Teenagers some times lurk in the halls. They charge too much for so little.
But I always felt safe.

This community is very safe and the staff respond to your needs in a timely manner.The maintainance is excellent and I would reccommend this place to anyone.I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM with these apartments and my family and I enjoy being here.
