These are actually Townhomes on North Boundary, Del Haven, Gray Place. My lease is up in four months and I can't wait to get out. They are managed by the Time Group. They are overpriced for the crap you have to put up with from the management. They do not have central air and get hotter than outside in the summer. The heat is unbareable. There is a terrible ant problem at the begining and end of the summer that is impossible to get rid of and when you call the management it takes WEEKS for them to come spray. Usually the spraying does not. You cant leave a single dish in the sink without having thousand of ants all over the kitchen, bathroom, and smaller bedroom (next to the bathroom). There is a never ending amount of spiders in all corners of the house. They arent harmful, but they are there non-the-less. The very weekend we moved in we had problems with the plumbing. The toilet seats are painted 20 year old formika that chips and breaks when cleaned so at this point we have a completely broken toilet seat and when we called the management they asked us to come pick it up! Which means we have to install it. Isnt that their job'

The manager ---- ----- is completely rude and goes out of her way to avoid dealing with any issues. The carpets are BLUE. This may be picky...but what if you dont have blue furniture' Your house never matches. The walls are so thin, sometimes simply bumping them will put a hole in them. The walls are -----...after a month or two they look dingy and dirty.

You are responsible for cutting your back yard grass and they are responsible for the front. They'll put a notice on your front door saying they are going to charge you 50 dollars if you dont cut the grass and the grass in the front yard will be higher than the grass in the back yard. Maintenence takes weeks to answer any phone calls and they consider NOTHING an emergency.

The water pressure is terrible, you have to go out and buy a new shower head in order to take any decent kind of shower. Kitchens are very small and the burners go out on the stove all the time, making the house smell like gas on a constant basis. The house is heated by a furnace (open flame) behind the refrigerator. It isnt covered by anything so you can see the flame at all times and there is no way to turn it off in the sweltering heat of the summer.

They do routine checks of the house (inside and out) and try to come up with any reason to charge you and random $50, but they dont want to try to maintaine the house at any decent level. I could go on for days and get even more picky but I'm sure you get my point. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT SEEMS NICE AT FIRST BUT AFTER A MONTH OR SO, IT WEARS OFF.
