Well when we first moved in I thought it was decent. Biggest complaint is none of the rules are inforced at all. You do see them walk around but it never changes. Then when I mentioned the MAJOR water bug problem I was told...they don't hurt anything. After doing research I found out water bugs are actually oriental cockroaches and are the filthiest of all. We see one or two a night and by my standards that is way too many. Then the house centipedes are horrendous. The maintenance really does not want to do anything. My hot water heater is broken and I have to call someone out a third. The first instance with this one particular maintenance man was great he let us know what he was doing and he even said he may have to come back. Then the very next day he comes in and flat out refused to speak to us. I had one of my inlaws visiting at the time and he asked what he fixed and he refused to tell us and said I'm only here to fix it I'm can't say what I did and walked out. I really do enjoy my neighbors. They are very kind and concerned but there are few that could really work on their yard and respect the trash can policy and pet policy. The ants are very difficult to deal with also. The office people are very polite. If you are familiar with the Dundalk community it's no different than most of the areas around but it's still not alright. I really don't want to move but from now on I will be fixing things on my own. This is for Gray Haven townhomes ran by the same company that runs Dunlea Apt.
