Great if you like loud music blaring through your walls

Unfortunately my experience at Fairbrook Park was ruined by neighbors who blared music until 3 and 4 am. Management did nothing and told me to call the police. I finally just broke my lease as I could take no more.
Other issues included very thin walls (you could hear the showers from neighboring apartments) and the air/heating unit was VERY loud as well. Overall, I would not recommend.

I agree, VERY VERY thin walls. You can hear the neighbor take a shower each and everytime. You can hear them run the bathroom water or even put their toilet lid down. When someone walks in the apartment above you it sounds like someone is walking in your hallway. When someone is using their key to open the door to their apartment it sounds like they're at your doorstep. The thin walls are spooky. The neighbors are generally alright, but there are some who play music late at night, or BLAST music outside and end up listening to the beat of the music they're listening to. In my personal opinion I've seen way too many people who speak very loudly around here not caring or realizing that apartment complexes are residential areas. Overall: Not Satisfied AT ALL. |
