I have been living here a few months. My apartment is sometimes roasting hot. It has hit >90 degrees in here and the office continually said there is nothing wrong with your AC unit--its going to be hot get a fan you are on the top floor. My utility bills are through the uninsulated roof! The saving grace of this place is the good tenants, the nicest people you ever want to meet. I may renew my lease, but I am getting off of this top floor it is roasting hot at times! I better stop writing and go outside I am sweating all over my computer.

NO! dont come and dont be fool their is not place for kids to play management is hard first somebody enters then they dont care they are not compromising people especially management their is a lot of discrimination .maintenance man one is very very rude they dont want kids at all only old people or singles roofs are a lot of noisy even u can listen the bed squeez i think u can understand what i mean i am not happy at all we are very very upset here soon we will move a bad place to live
