Over the years I have lived in just about every apartment in the Dundalk area. Fairlawn is without question the best. I have never seen a bug in my apartment. I have lived in 2 different units here (I moved from a 2 br to a 1 br about a year and a half ago) and all of my neighbors are quite respectful. No one is blasting their music here. I have never had a hard time finding a parking place. The owner has just installed new dual pane energy efficient windows to offset the tenants cost due to the recent energy rate hikes. These folks actually strive to see their tenants happy. I can only state one problem---the noisey floors. Man the noise from the upstairs tenants walking across the floor is so loud I thought Bozo the Clown lived up there with those size 25 Bozo shoes. But there is no such thing as a perfect apartment----but this complex is about as good as it gets in Dundalk and I highly recommend it here.
