I've lived here for a few years no, and have yet to find something bad to say about it. I recently moved out, but my family still lives there now, and the quality of living is still very high. I'm now searching to apartments of my own, and if I were to stay in Dundalk, I would choose to live at Fairlawn again. I have NEVER seen a roach the entire time I lived there, not has my family now. I'm not quite sure how the other review can say they have so many when I've never seen one. There are mice, but not loads. We've seen maybe 4 mice the entire time we've been there; and nearly everywhere in Dundalk gets at least the occasional mouse. There are some cons, which are mild - if that. At night you can hear the creak of someone walking. It is not enough to wake you up, but you'll here it if you're laying in a silent apartment - basically the TV or even talking would mask it so you couldn't hear it. There are children in the area, but I always compliment them because they are well behaved. The newest thing is some construction and such; but they have re-done the outside entrance to the buildings, and planted some trees. Not terrible things in my opinion. They seem now to be expanding the parking lot.
Overall I would have to say that this is genuinely a great place to live with a friendly competent staff.
