The day that I moved in they were still installing the carpet. I took my walk through with the leasing agent and he was even surprised at the condition of the townhouse. They had to send four people to fix all the kitchen drawers (they were screwed shut), the bathrooms, replace all the bedroom doors, replace all the closet drawers, re-paint, and replace all the screens in the windows. All of this while my belongings were outside in a moving truck. Once the carpet was laid downstairs, the movers put everything I own in my living room, because they had already been waiting four hours. When I called the office all they had to say was, "Sorry for the inconvenience."

I still have maintenance issues and I am pissed because I have to wait when all of this should have been done weeks ago. They have serious communication issues at Mid-Atlantic Realty!
