So far my experience has been nice. Joseph in management did a nice job in getting all my paperwork and approval through. Maintenance was responsive to the walk through requests to fix things we noted on our move in. We have a nice garden apt facing the woods, very peaceful and beautiful with ample front porch space. The apt is nice and spacious for a $750 two bedroom. We have new cabinets, and everything seems in good shape, new stove. There are parking lines now, so no problem finding a spot to park. Neighbors are friendly and it stayed pretty mellow over the weekend, no loud music or people hanging out. I was very skeptical moving into the city lines after living in Catonsville for several years and reading the scary reviews on this site! Also no signs of mice, mold, flooding, etc. I did see a couple of spiders, but who doesn't! I am very happy with my new apt. I visited several other apt complexes and craig's list ads and I must say Fairway Ridge is a nice surprise and I only came to look at it because of the awesome move-in special. I am not from Baltimore, and I feel safe and at home in my new apt!

You MUST be high on a substance......REALLY HIGH!!!! By the way, can I have some of what you are on?? I have lived here for more than three years and have every NEGATIVE experience known to man. MICE, ANTS, BREAK-INS (while I'm in the home-a string of them in April 09)LOUD-GHETTO NEIGHBORS, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and the damn list goes on and on. I'm outta this HELL HOLE as we speak!

No dear, not high. I guess I am the freak exception. I am still here after one full year. The management does change. I have not had the mice problem, maybe because the stray cats hang out on our side of the complex. My bike was stolen from some kids who don't live in the apartments, doing a random sweep last year. My neighbors are mellow. There are some problems with people not throwing their trash in the dumpster. But someone usually comes around the neighborhood sweeping and picking up trash. Still happy here. Good luck elsewhere, sorry that you had such a bad experience.

LMAO. I agree with you PO 2009! I would like to know which apt you live in because I can't wait to LEAVE this terribly managed, rodent and stray cat invested, poorly manicured, closed up pool, filthy laundry center, loud music late at night, random break in, in desperate need of a make over community!!!

Well i was a little skeptical on moving here because of the area. I read the response from MyNewGardenApt and i was rather impressed. But between the break-ins, loud music, cars being stolen, unprofessional staff i was rather turned off. It is alot of space for such a little amount. Life is all about risks so i guess this may be one that I shall take. I also am not from here, Baltimore, but I am familiar with the area. No one will want my car, it's garbage LOL. Thank you all for the reviews, but desperate times sometimes calls for desperate measures; so i will take my chances.
