Fairways at Towson features a very spacious apartment. Although that is good in all there is a lot of bad that follows having a big apartment. Matenience is great but it took a while for it to get like that. The ceiling walls are very thin but the walls separating adjacent apartments are ok. The bigest problem I had with this apartment were the power outages. Man o Man was this a big problem. nearly every storm that hit knocked out the power. The power does not come back on fast either. It takes at least 18-24 hours for the power to be restored. When I say alot I mean alot. Last month alone the power went out 5 or 6 times. But the crazy thing is that the power in the towers never go out. They seem to put a major emphasis on the towers and forget about the garden apartment tenents. Another bad thing is that they increased my rent to a ridiculous rate. In your rent you are paying for a movi theater and a weight room that have yet to be built. They promissed these project to be complete a month or so after I moved in. They are no where close to being finished and I moved in over a year ago.
In all if you are willing to deal with things like this go right ahead I have no recomendation for this apartment.
