I moved into fairways a year ago. I was promised a move in date but the apartment was not ready. This should have been the first clue. My money orders for the deposit were misplaced so I had to go through my "packed belongings" to find my receipts. Maintenance is horrible. It took about 2 months to fix a dishwasher. The ceiling constantly leaks. Maintenance took so long to respond that mold grew in my apartment. Ants are everywhere. Thank god my lease is up!! They want me to pay an extra $50 a month to live here for another year. Oh and those money orders...They recently asked me to get a trace on them because they never cashed them! Unorganized!Never ever move here.
