Slumlords! Liars! Horrible!

Absolutely horrible experience at fairways. They take FOREVER to fix anything and we actually had to go to court to get them to act! It is filled with loud college students who urinate off balconies, trash foyers, bang on first floor windows in the middle of the night... Fairways say they have all these amenities to get you to sign the lease but over the past year, no fitness center, no community center,no security force, no business center, no movie theater as promised at signing of lease. But, thanks to them, we bought our first home sooner than we probablly would have. This place SUCKS. DO NOT RENT THERE!
