This place is horrible. In the past 3 days there has been a robbery, an assault and a rape. When does it stop. When does this management company become responsible enough to take care of their residents. There was an article on google and on wbal news which they stated that they provide security. Now tell me where was their security force when someone was robbed in the highrise, when another had their sliding glass door busted with a brick by someone who allowed unauthorized individuals to live there. Is that resident going to be held responsible' And worst of all where was the security force when that poor college student was raped in her own apartment. Security should be driving the parking lots, and walking the rear of the buildings not just sitting in their vehicle parked somewhere sleeping or whatever. What resident or non-resident is going to be hurt next and when is Sawyer Realty Holdings going to do something to correct the problem.

Now let's talk about their maintenance. It takes them forever to answer a service request. If your ceiling falls down they can't fix it correctly. The leaks continue and you have to threaten them with code enforcement to get it done. Mold has formed int he bathrooms and still they do nothing. Doors are not repaired, do not lock and yet they say they offer "Security". If you see an ad for them in the newspaper on in an apartment rental book or even view their website - run the other way. Do not rent from these people - they do not know how to manage apartments.

I had my window broken into....and if you're referring to me, I would like you to know that I am the only resident of my apartment. Since you seem to know "everything," maybe you can tell me who broke into my house?...was it you?

The reviewer is so right. My patio was broken by people who decided to break into my house while sleeping.! My lease is up in September and I am so moving out ....Do not make the mistake of moing here.
