I have been in these apartments for 7 months and will be moving out immediately. These apts. have mold, mice, cenipedes, and huge spiders and are the only residents that seem to like living here. Since I have moved here the management has changes and almost all of the staff has changed. They are EXTREMELY rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by accepting your rent money. DO NOT MOVE HERE!... I was skeptical of the messages posted before, but now I believe them and will check the next place i move into. GOOD LUCK, you'll need it if you move here....

PS. the children run and play in the streets, the dogs go in-front of the apts, and there is only about 2 dumpsters for every 150 apts.

I had 2 mice in my place. Me and my room mate ended up setting some traps and catching them. My parents had mice in a beatiful house in a great neighborhood also. We had to set traps to catch them there too. Don't get a terrace apartment if you don't want bugs. That's common sense. in any complex. I checked out a place earlier today that wanted 940 a month for a one bedroom, and they had a HUGE spder running around in the floor model. As for the mold, that's a serious health risk (if you can prove that it exists, and it's not in your shower because you haven't kept up on the cleaning) and I hope you are bugging the leasing office to correct that. If they aren't responding to that, I would go straight to the management, or even higher if needed. Sometimes you have to push hard to get noticed.
