My husband and I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment at this complex.The representative had us there from 11:00 AM to 2:00PM and asked us if we can go out to lunch and return in an hour.We said no problem.When we returned at 3:00PM, we were told by one of the staff members that they will not have an answer for us until Monday morning so please call the office around 10:00AM. When I called the office on Monday morning,I was asked to call back at 3:00PM and they will have an answer for us. I called Monday afternoon and was told to call "AGAIN" Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning and was told to call Tuesday afternoon. When I called Tuesday afternoon,I was told to call "AGAIN" Wednesday morning because the application is being reviewed by "Upper Management". I called Wednesday morning and was told to call "AGAIN" Wednesday afternoon. When I called back, It was brought to my attention that the manager left for the day and the assistant manager need to review the application, so give them an hour. When an hour and 20 minutes passed, I called again,and was placed on hold. A lady came on the phone and said the application could not be accepted. This is very "Unprofessional and Rude", no wonder they have such bad reviews.This is not the way to do business,and it's a terrible way to build up people's hope while wasting their time,but I guess this is their way of having fun when they know individuals like my husband and I are at their "MERCY". I HOPE PEOPLE TAKE MY STUPID ADVICE, DON'T LET THE LUXURY, AMMENITIES OR FEATURES FOOL YOU. I will use this as a learning experience and move on. I would have preferred if they were honest and straight forward from day one and just say 'NO' rather than have us on a roller coaster ride.

That's the new screening process, and I for one am happy that this is in effect.

I personally like that the new management is looking and screening everyone's application and now they even have a no tolerence policy. Gives me a better feeling about living here. You really can see a difference.
