Fairway at Towson is the worst place I have ever lived. First of all the mice are everywhere, they are all over you can hear them in the walls and ceiling, they run around while your talking with someone in your apt. They have hugh rats outside. The maintenance people just let themselves in your apt without you even knowing or having any plms that need to be corrected. I have caught the mexican cleaning crew illegally trying to come into my apt and when they are caught doing it they act as if they dont understand english you go to the office they do nothing about it. They have tons of college kids that do nothing but drink and party all during the week and leave beer bottles and trash everywhere making tons of noise in the parking lots in the middle of the night. They have kids that are very disrespectful that run up and down and up and down the hallways making all sorts of noises. They slam doors all day and night. I mean I can go on and on about this place it needs to be shut down. They say that they are getting rid of the section 8 people but its not just section 8, its those drunk ass college kids that needs to go as well. The price for this is truly unbelievable. If you have kids over 7 they have no play ground other than a tot lot so they older kids have nothing to play on. The staff is just unreal. Its horrible. If you are thinking of moving here ask them alot of question about the apts especially about the mice problem!!! It may look good but do alot of research go back a couple of time, ride thru at night, on the weekends and ask neighbors about the community, and if you do decide to move here after reading this I hope that you are a big dog lover.
