This place is bad. I moved here not knowing anything about the area. Here are my top 10 reasons NOT to live at Fairways at Towson..

1) The trash is always overfilled, hence the reasons rats hang around
2) There are cockroaches everywhere outside the apartment area (even found one in my apartment)
3) Mice circling your kitchen
4) If you get a water leak in your bedroom like i did after a heavy rain storm, they will do nothing.
5)Loud neighbors (banging bass all night long)
6)Neighbors that hang out outside on the stoop laughing and carrying on all night (hello some of us do work)
7) Neighbors that leave trash everywhere, including bags on their balconies, gross!!
8)Rent is going up, rediculous for this place
9)If you order packages via the internet, you have to go to the Northern Parkway post office to pick them up.
10) Kids running around everywhere, they will not move out of your way when you are driving

On a positive note... There are always cops around arresting someone. Makes me feel safe!

hey there ok fairviews looks amazing, they show u this stunning apartment to see when u come and the office is nice. so when my husband and i came there to check it out we were like wooooohooo this is so stunning BUT as the day went on nd we drove past it at night there are so many low lives circulling around- lots of bums around the area.
