Well, from my perspective this is a typical apartment for the price. Yes there are noisy college students, yes there are some section 8 people -- but look at the rent and the fact that it is an APARTMENT. If you want to avoid college students and section 8 people, you are going to have to pay a lot more in rent than is charged here. Some people just don't belong living in an averagely placed apartment. I lived in the tower and never had any problems with insects or rodents. Service was average, rent was average, environment was average. Parking was quite good. Some of the people reviewing here just don't understand the facts of life. It's a normal mid-priced apartment. No more, no less.

Yes, it is still section 8. The college students are not bad, they do listen if you ask them to behave. they don't loiter. they are not the ones with the loud children out of control, and for the most part, they are not the ones with the trash in the balconies ... Yes, there are rodents. You have to be behind this people if you want something done "only the squeaky wheel gets the grease". About the utilities, it depends on your habits. I use the bare minimum (and take that extremely seriously) and my most expensive bill in a year has been $100 for BGS. It could be less, but there is no insulation around the windows or the patio door. Most people around here put towels to cover those cracks.
