i never experienced mice, roaches, ants or rats when living there. (06-07) BUT my friends who also live in the complex surely did. Management is a joke. They dont seem considerate about your needs. You have to keep calling and calling to request for maintenance to finally show up and do their jobs. My only flaw is the price. every year its increasing and its ridiculous. Hence why i had to leave. Im a college student i shouldnt have to pay $1200 ($600 each) a month for a 2 bedroom apt thats just mediocore, honestly. I believe its the location where u live at the will determine your experience, because in my building no one had any issues. my neighbors were great. i felt safe coming home at 2-4 oclock in the mornin from work. I didnt have any issues with rodents. It was a descent experience for my first time living on my own.

for pricing i dont recommend it. for an average experience and a pretty safe place to lay your head, i do.
