Hallway toilet broke; doesn t hold water in the back
No water every Thursday and occasional Monday without notice
Didn t have laundry machines for a week
Had to move a storage unit full of belongings into our apartment
Centipedes, spiders, ants, and mice need I say more''
Ceiling dry wall bows in the middle; going to break any time
Cracks in the walls and ceilings not because of us
Horrible paint jobs in all rooms; still green paint on tile in hallway bathroom
Painted over vents and supply vent without cleaning so we have painted dust clogging the openings
A/C wasn t fixed for 4 days in 90 degree weather
Cable outlet and multiple electric outlets were painted over
Screen door doesn t move since day 1
Sliding glass door handle broke off within first month
Hallway light switch doesn t stay on unless you hold it in the right spot
State of the Art workout equipment; every single machine is broke in some way

Don t move here unless this is something you want to deal with.

This rings true. If you doubt it, go by the main office around the time that rent is being paid and you will hear people complain about this and many other issues. Fairways just does not have the personnel to cover all that needs to be done. They just can do the bare minimum and that is, unless your unit is on fire, they won't come. Just last month, as I was paying my rent, a man came to complain that his toilet had not been fixed, but sine he had two in his unit, it was not considered an emergency so service was not warranted ASAP. He had already waited 2 weeks! Another woman complained about a leak in her ceiling. She had reported it in February and nothing had been done. We were in June.

This is very very true. I currently live at fairways and can not wait for my lease to expire. I have thought about breaking the lease so many times. The apartment is very loud, maintenance is horrible, no parking after 8pm on M-F, rude staff in the office (except 1 person), and if you try to contact management no one response to your request. I am still speaking to a lawyer to see what ways I can get out of my lease. I have tired to work things out, by having my lawyer write letters and contact them, after I tired without any respond, but till today have not heard anything back. I can not sleep because everytime someone moves upstairs I hear it. It is horrible!!!! I will not recommend my enemy to live there for free. Please research before moving in!!!!! They tricked me by being extremely nice when I went to apply for an apartment.
