We have lived here for the past year. its great for partying except when the ridiculous rent-a-cops security comes to check out what hot girls are living in our apartment. Most importantly, if you want an apartment complex with good maintenance-DONT LIVE HERE. Maintenance has been called numerous numerous times with TONS of issues for our apartment including mold, mice, bugs, broken diswasher and garbage disposal, broken toilet, cracked tub, ceiling fallen through, carpet soaking wet and had to get ripped out. these are just a few problems. the people below us cook food at all hours of the night which comes through the vents and smells like the most disgusting thing you can imagine. the apartments have really bad ventilation so during the winter its FREEZIN and during the summer its SO HOT. This causes your electric bills to be so high. if you want to live in a dirty nasty apartment this is the place for you!
