Maybe you are one of the problems. I lived there a year and it was a year too long. The trash is always over flowing, the college kids are rowdy and inconsiderate. There are mice and ants. The two good things about those apts are they are spacious and I don't have to live in them anymore. Oh yeah, and don't forget the mold...in the closet!

I am not suggesting that the reviewer is lying; however this experience is not typical. With regard to the office staff and maintenance in particular, Fairways was by far the worst renting experience I have ever had. Also, please be aware that other reviews describing non-existent amenities are accurate. Insist upon seeing any amenity that has attracted you to the property. I would assume anything ???under construction??? will not be available during your stay, regardless of duration.

my boyfriend cannot wait until his lease is up at the fairways. we've had MANY encounters with mice and it hasn't even been a year! there was a robbery about a week ago and two days ago a man was murdered in his apartment just a few buildings down from my boyfriend! this place is not safe.
