I have lived at Fairways for almost a year. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. My lease will expire soon -- THANK GOD. What a -------- this place is. No security, poorly constructed buildings, and IGNORANT staff. As I read a post below mine, I can not agree with that person more. The women in the office are literally the most ill mannered, uneducated people I have ever met. Not to mention, how rude they are. I asked a simple question about the gym once and you would have thought I was inquiring about rocket science.
Fairways is NOT safe. There have been several murders since I have lived there. One just taking place on Valentines day. Delivery places (food) will not deliver after dark. There is no security patrol and I see strangers wondering around the building because anyone can just walk in.
Please THINK TWICE before wasting your money here! Rent is outrageously expensive and not worth it!

several murders? I HATE it here too! I agree with everything that you are saying, but I only knew about the one that just passed, and they haven't even concluded that it was in fact a murder.

Yes it was a homicide. My cousin works for the Baltimore County Police, they do not have a suspect. So whoever killed the young man is still at large.

I lived across from the guy who was murdered and no one even told me! I had to hear about it when I was watching the news Sunday night. When I called the management office, they told me that they would do nothing to guarantee my safety and that I should just "be aware of my surroundings". When I asked if I could get out of my lease because I did not feel safe, they would not allow me to do so. Luckily, my job is going to give me an apartment to move into because I just can't bear to live here anymore.

We should all come together and do something about fairways. There is nothing about that apartment I like. The staff!...OMG, thats all I can say about them. My lease expires in june and I can't wait.

someone had an ak-47 stolen from their apt in broad daylight. the apts facing the golf course are broken into, usually in the morning day time hours on a weekly basis. The windows can easily be popped out and are paper thin.
