DO NOT LIVE ON GROUND LEVEL

My boyfriend has been living at the fairways since June and since then we have caught a total of 10 mice. In the past 2 days, my boyfriend caught one in a trash can and then found two decaying behind a juice pitcher on the counter. Every day I am cleaning after their dropping that they leave all over the stove, counter tops and floor. This is not sanitary. Besides the mice problem, drunk college kids are always fighting literally right next to the sliding door. I think the fairways suck but if you do want to live here, don't get ground level.

I'm so sorry that you and your boyfriend have to go through this experience. I've given up on the mice issue. It seems that the mice are smart, as they seem to dodge the glue traps. Like you, I have to wipe my counter with an antibacterial solution every darn morning so as to clean after the mice droppings. The health department should come and do something about the problem because nothing works to solve the problem--even if you're a clean person. I wish you, your boyfriend and me God's speed.

YES YES YES...this is all very very true. I live on the botton level as well (Apt B) and EVERY SINGLE MORNING I am cleaning up after the mice droppings. This is all very frustrating. I have been there for two years and I am out of there at the end of my lease. I am counting day the days that I move. I tolerated the $100 rental increase my first year, but then they were trying to raise my rent another $70 this year! Not for rodent problems and noisy neighbors that has parties a couple times a week. This apartment is a Towson University Dorm. The TSU shuttle comes through the apartment complex and when I came home one day I found a flyer for TSU book buy back in the community room. That is when I new this apartment complex had offically become a dorm house. If you are professional, DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you do move, don't deal with anyone else in the business office because they are idiots. Everyone but Aimee, she is very sweet and always helpful. Too bad she is the property manager for a community like Fairways.

I can say I did not have that much problems with the mice, but I lived on the 2nd floor so I won't say you are lying. Anything is possible at Fairways. The noise, and drunk college kids, I can totally agree with. When they gave me the docs to renew my lease, I immediately wrote a very long letter letting them know why I did not want to renew. After they realized how upset I was, they sent a letter saying "please stay and we will not increase your rent, and we will move you to another building". At that point it is too late. I am glad I no longer live there. Fairways should be shut down. Too much money being paid to live in a dump like that.
