Okay.. the post below this is seriously, not a renter. It is someone in the main office who is trying to lure people into this dump.
fairways is discusting and bug infested. Not to mention the IDIOTS in the main office have no idea how to function!!! The women and now one guy are rude, forgetful, and basically don't have two shits about anything you want or need.
Save your money and time!! This place is too expensive for the crap you will deal with and live in. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

| I invite you to come and see me to discuss your concerns. Our property is nestled in a beautiful, naturally landscaped enviroment. While it is gorgeous, high heat and humidity may bring out the little pests. When these little pests decide to "move in" we need to know about it. Did you know we have complimentary extermination service? It is as easy as picking up the phone and we will get it scheduled. Our contractor is at the community once a week. We also have each building on a routine rotating schedule. As it relates to your comments about the team in the office, please share your frustrations. Our team is highly experienced and committed to serving you. Feel free to come in to see me or respond to this post with your apartment address and I will be happy to schedule a visit to conduct an inspection of your apartment.
