I lived at the Fairways for one year. That was literally all I could take!!! I have never felt to unsafe in my life. I had to call the cops 3 times while living there because of loud parties all hours of the night and drunk people banging on everyones doors at 4 a.m. I notified the management of this problem, and they basically ignored me. You are NOT safe here.

Also, there is a lot of drug activity at the Fairways. I lived there during the recent murder, which to this day, went unsolved.

The management is completely and utterly stupid. I do not know how to even describe how awful it is to deal with them. When you first move in they are so nice, obviously, because they want your money. RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS. There are so many other places I wish I would have checkde out so I could have saved myself the money and headache.

I would never advise anyone to live here. I have saved several of my friends from making the mistake. I read the other renters reviews and sadly, they are so right.

I agree with all of these renters.. SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is terrible to see that you had such a negative experience at Fairways at Towson. As I've noted in several other posts, the new on-site team is committed to service excellence. Will mistakes be made? Of course--we are human. Will we work very hard to right our missteps? Absolutely! A few people have mentioned the homicide that occurred in February. It is a terrible tragedy. The world we live in is so unpredictable. Crime has no address. The fact that the case remains unsolved should not be a reflection on the management team. If you read my response to another post, you will note that we are told this was an isolated incident. We have a very close relationship with officers from the Baltimore County Police Department and work collaboratively to keep one another apprised of what is going on in the entire Towson area--not just at Fairways at Towson. While it is impossible to guarantee the safety of anyone, we do take steps to keep our community as free of complaints as we can. We need our residents to help us with this mission. We ask all residents to contact the authorities immediately if they are experiencing events that you have described in your post. It is a team effort. Courtesy patrol cannot be at every address on the property at the same time. We need a collective effort--management, residents, local authorities and courtesy officers. This post is dead on. I can recall multiple time where drunk people have blasted music at 3 or so in the morning. Just this month I recieved a notice that I was short on rent, and I had to go to the leasing office multiple times to fix this. When I first moved in here things were much better, but now all this place has become is a bunch of drunk college idiots. Once the families moved out of here so did any reason to continue living here.

I guess Jennie can't read very well. The posting says the person CALLED THE COPS. People- realize that this woman is the one ripping you off. Fairways should be shut down because no one in their right mind would want to call this place home. I have several friends who work for BC Police, and they say Fairways is completely awful and they get calls all the time regarding break-ins.
