I lived at the Fairways over one year ago, and I have two friends that reside there now. They are completely miserable and cannot wait until their lease's are over. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone, read the reviews, these renters are completely telling you the truth.

I also admire the manager's courage to defend herself and the terrible office staff. She must have nothing better to do if she sits here and responds to poor ratings all day. Obviously, instead of helping people, she is playing on the computer. Her reponses are fake and a pretty pathetic attempt to actually make people want to live in this dump. Trust me, it's a complete dump!

There were roaches, mice, and spiders in my apartment at all times. I had a two bedroom bottom floor apartment. I called the office probably once a week and they said someone would come and "spray" the bugs. No one ever came to my apartment to "spray" anything. Also, my bottom floor apartment was burglarized and the police were notified. Of course, did the Fairways do anything' NO. There is consistant noise because the floors and walls are paper thin and poorly constructed. The laundry rooms are filthy, and the immigrants that clean them, smoke and sells drugs out of them. What a safe place!!!!

DON'T FORGET the expensive rent!! Fairways loves to charge outrageuos amounts of money for their crappy apartments. If you check out other places in Towson, Fairways is by far the most expensive and the most unsafe. Does anyone find that odd'

I would never live at Fairways again, even if someone paid me $1,000,000.00 to do so, I would literally run the other way.

What a safe place!!!!" how can you be so ignorant... apparently you are ommitting that you are an immigrant yourself unless you are a native american. Review your high school history class! Say what you have to say without putting any one down.

I agree -- whoever posted "how can you be so ignorant" .. that person has to work in the office. They have nothing better to do!

I lived here as a kid 20 years ago and had nothing but roaches and waterbugs even then.
