My 1 year lease is finally up at the Fairways at Towson. I couldn't be happier to bid this place goodbye. Honestly, this was the most miserable living experience I have ever had. I called the office countless times regarding rodents, filthy hallways full of trash/mail, and saftey concerns.

My biggest complaint is the fact that there were no locks on the front doors and strangers were roaming around my building often. It is extremely sad to think that you aren't safe in your own apartment.

Also, dealing with the women in the main office was more than enough of a pain. Thank god I have common sense, because everything I ever brought to their attention, I had to end up fixing it myself. I spent over $150.00 for extermination services for spiders and roaches. They said they had free extermination services. NO ONE ever came to my apartment and sprayed for bugs. I called the office 5 times regarding this issue. I noticed that a manager commented on someone else's bug issue. Nothing was ever done for them, and nothing was ever done for me.

I also fixed my showerhead after it came out of the wall. Imagine being asleep and hearing a loud noise coming from outside of the door.. and you end up realizing it's your showerhead busting out of the wall because it was poorly plastered.

It is really sad that they charge so much for such terrible apartments.

Good riddance Fairways at Towson!!

I am almost 100% sure a manager will have a comment for my posting saying how I never called and nothing was brought to their attention. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE. I called more than my fair share of times. I also had to involve the police whenever someone was banging on my front door at 4 a.m. Some drunk guy wondered in off of the streets and started banging on people's doors. I notified AMY in the office of this, she of course, said oh well sorry, but we can't put locks on the front door. Case and point, they do not care about your safety. I am just so happy to be leaving this place behind. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the Donaldson Group and Fairways at Towson.

If a manager comments on your post, I will vouch for you that they are LYING!!!!! I am so glad your lease is over and you can be finally freed from bondage. Fairways is by far the most cruel, loathsome, abhorrent gruesome, detestable, shameful, disgusting, dreadful, eerie, execrable, heinous, obnoxious, hideous, revolting, horrendous, lousy, nasty, lurid, mean, offensive, repellent, repulsive, scandalous, awful, scary, terrible, and unkind place to reside. There are more words to describe the place, but this is all that I could think of on the spot. STAY AWAY FROM FAIRWAYS!!!!!!!

Who wastes their time bashing people's posts? It was my living experience, not yours. I moved out of here because I am attending medical school and I felt extremely unsafe.

Fairways is not safe. I feel your pain. I wasted one year of rent totaling $13,000.00 at this dump.
