Okay. I continue to see ads here with people that are so unhappy...There are a few questions that you should ask yourselves... If you consider it loud here...Are you the ones that are having the parties' If there are bugs in your home...When was the last time that you ran the vacuum' Or do you even own a vacuum' If you are having issues have you reported them' Last I checked most human beings cannot read minds. I moved here a little over a year ago with my daughter and have not had any problems. Not to say that this community doesnt have any...Just that I have not. The few occassions that I called emergency maintenance they came right out...After they called. I cannot beat the location... I live close to everything. I am allowing my name to be public because I have nothing to hide. I pay my rent ON TIME...I have an honest job...and I always try to focus on positive things. Sometimes instead of pointing so many fingers...you should try pointing some thumbs and realize that issues you may have...Just might be your fault. I would be interested to see what would happen if housekeeping inspections started' Just food for thought.

I absolutely am not. To my understanding this community does not accept section 8. I probably make more then your parents sweetie... I am in the process of purchasing a home, and that is why I chose to live here.

#1 it is loud, and I am as quiet and respectful as ever. #2 I am extremely clean vaccuuming and dusting at least once a week and still have bugs. #3 Whenever I have problem I immediately call maintenance and have to call and call over again because nothing is taken care of. and #4 I have never paid rent late for the 3 years I have lived here and still recieved a late notice this past month. In conclusion once I graduate college I will be out of this dump faster than you can say, do not live in fairways.

This is one of the ladies in the main office. They make up accounts and give fairways 5 star ratings. (sad) If by chance you are not someone in the office, Nikki, you need to learn how to read. The other postings stated that the renters did complain about the problems and contacted the necessary people to have them taken care of. I can guarantee you do not make more than me, I work at John's Hopkins as a Physicians Assistant, that's 8 hard years of college. (just food for thought & your information) You're some middle aged welfare case with a kid and nothing better to do. WELCOME TO BALTIMORE EVERYONE! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!
