I hate to do this because I really enjoyed Fairways for the first year. Very nice apartments-all redone and clean. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! We have had mice and cockroaches in our apartment for a month and a half and we have been calling every single week and they could care less. Very polite people...act like they are gonna do something but dont do ANYTHING! This is not the first time. We never get maintenance service for anything. If something is broken it takes a good month to get some action. We have lived here for 3 years.
