I have lived at Fairways for approx. 5 months. Since my roommate and I started our lease we have had nothing but problems. We have decided to break the lease and find another apartment complex. Sadly, we have to pay one month rent to break the lease eventhough we have had so many issues. Our main issue is the mold in our apartment. Whenever we moved in we questioned Fairways regarding the musty smell in our "newly renovated" apartment. They said they all smell that way after being painted. Okay, that makes no sense, but we decided to give it a try. Since living there, we have battled mold, bad plumbing, a showerhead that breaks out of the wall, cracked tiles in the kitchen floor, and our mailbox was broken into. Not to me mention the consistant noise of the neighbors below us. I believe there are 8 people living in the 2 bedroom apartment. The women in the main office and rude and never wanted to help us with any of our issues. Whenever our mailbox was busted into and broke, they said okay contact maintenance and hung up on me. I am so happy and relieved to be leaving. We are not even staying there for our last month.. we already moved into a new place that is so much safer and nicer.

They suck. You get what you pay for. The mailbox would have been the first of your crime troubles - next probably your car then your apartment. There is probably not much you can do - hiring a lawyer even if successful would not be worth it because their fee would probably eat up that one months rent. Just pay it and move on and come back and read these reviews to reinforce to yourself you did the right thing by leaving that BUSTED UP GHETTO!
