Nice setting, cheapest in the area, maintenance staff is nice but are learning on the job and are not well backed by management. You need to make a pest of yourself in order to get anything fixed. They have painted the woodwork in the entrances twice since I have been here and the painters don't even scrape the dead bugs or leaves off they just paint over them. Winter time sucks because you have no control over your heat so you have to open your windows to compensate. Parking sucks especially when there are vehicles on the lot that are either broke down or have no tags on them ( belongs to an employee ) and they sit there for months and management does nothing. Most of the neighbors are very nice but they have let a few move in recently that feel they can do whatever they want and have no respect for others. I'm waiting to see what the noise level is this summer, because at the end of last summer into fall there were some that started having parties late at night outside. Overall I would give it 2 stars out of 5, best things there are convienience, and price.
