a great neighborhood if you have a dog. close to 83 and 695 and the metro. but they recently lost their best maintenance staff because they overworked them and were really awful during the blizzard of '03. and the apartments have dishwashers, microwaves, and washer/dryers and pretty good closet space. parking is only a problem in the highest occupancy areas some of the time. the fitness center is small but adequate, the pool was resurfaced this year, and the gates work most of the time. They do raise the rent a lot every year, though. And you can hear music/loud sporting events/or loud bed banging through the walls. But the neighborhood is great and really safe.
